The Avery is a plan that consists of three different modules and it can be a single story ranch or a cape cod style, which allows for an upstairs bonus area. In the cape cod style the upstairs is a blank slate and we can pretty much design a layout to suit your tastes.

The main floor of the Avery is an open floorplan that showcases a large kitchen with a large center island. There is a lot of countertop space and patio door access off of the kitchen to a back patio or porch.

The master suite has a large walk-in shower. We offer ceramic tile, fiberglass, or Onyx shower products. In these particular pictures a ceramic shower is shown with a hinged glass door giving a luxurious look and feel

Like all of our floorplans, the Avery can be built on a 4′ poured crawlspace or we can build a basement. Garages and porches can be designed to meet your needs and various architectural elements can be added as you wish depending on the style of home you prefer. With white vertical siding, black windows, and a shed dormer as shown………a modern Farmhouse look is always popular!
