The Carrington ranch style plan is a great size starting at 1,560 sq. ft.; not too big yet not too small, with split bedrooms and an open floor plan. The living room provides views to the back and the kitchen is on the front door side of the home, which is convenient for views to the street from the kitchen window. This plan can accommodate either a return wrap around bar or an island. We can customize the kitchen to suit your individual needs and tastes. This plan can be built on any lot, but caters well to subdivisions and city lots since it has a “front load” garage allowing for construction on a narrower lot and direct street access.
